“We were disappointed with this particular Holiday Inn. We always stay at Holiday Inns but this one did not live up to our expectations. First off they don't have coffee makers in the rooms any more. Boo-Hiss. I hate having to shlep down to the lobby to get coffee when I get up, and I am a early riser. So we asked about it and the front desk lady said you can request a keurig for your room. So I said can I request one. She said sure, went in the back and brought out a bag with a keurig, cups and pods. This made me happy other than toting the coffee maker to our room. We went to dinner and came back with desserts. I thought I would make a cup of coffee to go with our desserts.....the keurig didnt work!! I don't understand why they are changing the way you get your coffee. Holiday Inn, I think you are making a mistake, truly unhappy about your change!”

“The hotel was tucked away and quiet. Also dog friendly. The front desk people in particular were very pleasant and accommodating as I locked myself out twice and then couldn't find the wifi code. So they interacted with me several times.”

“I didn’t know this location was near the brown deer area. It was a fun time but is very overpriced for just 1 hour of play. The basketball court area is very small and gets packed easily. Overall, was fun but to any future goers be prepared to spend over $65. Sadly more than that if you don’t have the jump socks and have more than one kid.”
