“Ticket office only opens day of the Bucks game. Tickets are cheaper at the stadium where they play. Online tickets are event price and a third to half price more + taxes and what ever else they can tack on for decent seats!!!!!!!! Shame the owners don't step in and make Ticket agencies only make a specific amount a $400 seat is almost $600 after all said and done for those that save up amount to sit that close once or twice in their lifetime.”

“Thank you, thank you, thank you! To Katie and the rest of the Jan Serr staff for making our October 2023 wedding so amazing. From the beginning Katie was friendly, incredibly responsive, and so helpful to us through the planning process. She helped us with the layout of the room as well as parking for our guests, signage in the building, and overall just being a great coordinator. The bartenders were AWESOME and we have gotten so many compliments on them from our guests. The space is incredible and with their string lights and the GIANT windows it made the night feel magical. We would 100% do it all again, and I will be recommending them to friends and family.”

“I love this place even though I am technically banned from there for making a joke on stage during my bands set about Dime Bag Darrel which the owner misheard as a dig about him maybe shooting a guy.. right after he had to shoot a guy that tried to rob and shoot him... sigh The joke goes: "hey what were Dime Bag Darrels last words?" "Can I get some shots up here?"”

“I was there for the Black Excellence Awards ceremony. The center is very spacious, the servers were polite and attentive, and the bathroom was very clean. The food was just okay. We had chicken with mixed vegetables and potatoes. The dessert was pound cake, and it was set on the table with the salad. By the time we finished dinner and was ready to eat dessert, the pound cake was starting to get hard. It was less than desirable. During the reception, there was plenty of coffee, but the creamer containers were empty fairly quickly. Needless to say, I didn't get coffee. They had 2 bars in the reception area, so if you didn't get a drink before you head into the dining area, water was at the table. Lastly, there was plenty of parking.”

“Our first time at a Wisconsin supper club/steakhouse. Kristi was an ABSOLUTELY fantastic server. She greeted us within seconds and explained how everything worked there. We started off with two delicious cocktails, two seafood apps, and the fantastic salad, homemade dressings, bread, & relish tray! My partner and I shared a porterhouse (there is a $12 plate fee which was fine for us and the server did mention it in case that would be a hindrance to someone) and we added bleu cheese to it. The medium rare steak with the crusty outside was absolutely perfect. We finished the meal with another round of delicious cocktails & a complimentary piece of key lime pie for our anniversary. I loved the vibes of the place and as we walked out there was live music. I also appreciate that the GM (an assumption) stopped by to check on us. I truly cannot wait to get back to town so we can dine here again- it was a fantastic end to our vacation.”

“I had the opportunity to peruse the gardens at Sanger House Gardens recently and they're stunning. With water features, a host of leafy and flowering lovelies, brick pathways, and wildlife galore, you'll completely forget that you're in the city. They have a carriage house on site that you can rent on airbnb which would certainly make for a charming stay with such a gorgeous environment laying mere feet away. They host an array of events, from weddings to wine tastings to classes (a gorgeous spot for a wedding with a smaller guest list--this isn't your 400 person wedding sorta spot). For anyone into horticulture or simply looking for ideas to improve your own garden space, you can't help but leave here inspired.An absolute gem in Milwaukee!”

“Excellent antique store with a wide variety of goods that are in fantastic shape and priced fairly.The selection of women's clothing was particularly impressive with several vintage pieces that were in perfect condition. My girlfriend bought a 1940s dress that fit her perfectly And I bought a sheepskin jacketItems are in a far better condition and are far more interesting than the usual mix of junk and rust you see at antique stores. Despite that, the prices are very fair for the quality.The owner is very nice as well. Overall, highly recommended”

“Was there for Milwaukee Irish Fest. The festival was outstanding. One of my favorite groups performed- Scythian. Also got to see Tallymore, Eileen Ivers and Glencastle School of Irish Dance. If you have never attended this festival, put it on your bucket list. Mark your 2024 calendar - 3rd weekend in August, 2024.”

“I've been meaning to check out NO Studios for a long time- whether via their music series, community speakers and events, their Saki tasting events; NO has a lot going on! Founded by film director/writer/producer John Ridley, NO has a strong connection to film. I had the pleasure of seeing a film screening here in May 2022! My barber made a short film! The screening room is incredible- with two tiers of comfy seats, more films, please! NO is stylish, and there's a full bar with affordable drink prices and friendly staff. This place has a very locally supportive mission, and I picked up some locally design NO swag for my niece's birthday. I can't wait for my next visit to NO, and definitely considering that membership option!”

“Attended a birthday party at River Valley Historic Venue over the weekend and it was truly perfect ! The location, parking, the owner's hospitality, and the overall vibe—everything was awesome. Highly recommend this beautiful venue for any special occasion! They also gave us a brief tour of the 2 floor and I would say , it’s pretty cool.”
