Haven't had to use the connected workshop for any vehicle work, but neighbors have always recommended them. They won my lifetime business when they came and jump-started my car in the middle of the day without any expectation that I bring my car in for service by them. Will always choose them over any of the bigger stations in the area.”

“Could it PLEASE stop being cloudy for days in a row? I'm here at the Kwik Trip for a cup of coffee and two hours sitting next to the air/vacuum with my house battery plugged in as a Level 1 charger.This Kwik Trip is pretty amazing. They have so much more than just convenience store items including a full bunker of fresh foods, an aisle of basic kitchen cooking, coffee and donuts, soda fountains and yes, a clean restroom. Easy to navigate pump area for the Sprinter van and thank you so much for the electricity!”

The inside is meticulously clean and very organized. Everything is easy to find and they have a great selection on beer, snacks, candy, vapes, etc. The prices are very reasonable and the man working was very friendly! I will definitely be back often!!”

“Honestly every trip me and my girlfriend take to this location when we get through doordashing for the night is always a great experience, clean location, clean bathrooms, and good staff, but this evening was different, the 1/4 lb burgers were on special for $2.99 and when I grabbed 2 of them I wanted to checkout when my girlfriend found what she was looking for, then proceeded to see if the sign was still up for that sale, the gentleman behind the counter refused to help and had attitude and said to me that "it was on special, but isn't in the system anymore for that specific sale". This left a very distaste in my mouth and did not like how the male had rushed my girlfriend when I was putting the burgers back and grabbed 3 cheeseburgers instead while he asked my girlfriend "is that all" as if to end the transaction early after I had been polite with him the whole way through. Will be going to the other 24 hr location in waukesha from now on because of this until this employee learns to have a better attitude towards customers. I get that it's a late night, but have a little compassion for others as well.”

“Stopped here to put air in my tires, noticed one was leaking from the valve stem and asked one of the mechanics to look at it for me. Scott was nice enough to help me out & tell me my stem wasn't broken just needed to be adjusted. He also saw that my stems had metal covers on them and gave me rubber caps so I wouldn't have any troubles with my caps freezing to my stems. Scott was also nice enough to check all my tires to make sure that I had properly filled them. If those are the type of people that would be working on my car, I would definitely take it there to get fixed. The customer service was more than I expected in an unexpected situation.”

“I absolutely have to give this gentleman Owen Schultz and Otto's a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review!! I called Otto's earlier in the week looking for a particular Rum. Owen informed me that they did not have this particular rum at the store... Sounding discouraged, I thanked him for his time and right before I go to hang up Owen asks if he'd like me to call a few other locations to check if that had it... Although I did not have confidence in this, I said sure. (What will it hurt?) Well - to my surprise the next day Owen calls with great news telling me he found the Rum and told me it would be at the store on Thursday. Man - could I kiss him! I so much appreciated Owen going the extra mile❤️. I'm not sure if Owen understood how excited and happy I was as I was looking everywhere for this Rum. Thank you so much Owen! “This Kwik Trip was quite a surprise to find! It's really called: Kwik Spirits. I was in Wauwatosa looking for a KT to purchase a few gift cards and I used KT's location finder on their website and this location popped up. I called to confirm they sell gift cards and headed over. It's not your typical KT gas station, it's a liquor and tobacco store. (It appears KT is buying up similar stores and branding them as KT) Clever concept if your ask me! You can still get your bananas and bread, along with other common food items. BUT no hot food. They had a good selection of spirits and beer in addition to having a walk-in cigar humidor. It's located within a small strip mall of businesses, which I've honestly driven past over a dozen times and never noticed!”
