“I did the wheel class with one friend. The pottery teacher Kristina was amazing!!! She made me feel comfortable and like I had been doing it for years. My two bowls were ready after about two weeks and then we came in to paint them. Unfortunately the second time I came in, the employee was more focused on putting away product instead of explaining to me how to paint the pottery since it was my first time. She was on the phone and just handed me my bowl. I would have loved an explanation of what to do! However, they seemed short-staffed, so I opted to stay quiet and wait for my friend to arrive to tell me how to paint them since she had been there before. After I painted the bowls, the bowls were glazed and ready to be picked up after one week. I had so much fun! I also ended up going back a month later to paint a coffee mug! I had a blast! I'll be back again :)”
“Best comic book store in the area hands down. Staff is always incredibly friendly and ready to answer questions. Gundam selection is also quite good for the area”
“I am biased because my friend works here, and La Mesa Mexican Grill now exists in the food court. Great friendly knowledgable staff and a large selection of new & used board games, puzzles, card games, etc.”
“Big Packer fan living in Northern California but lucky enough to have have found WCS. My go to for send ins and Packer gear! Always happy and helpful over the phone .”
“I have been a customer for 30 years and this hobby shop is a gem not just in the city of West Allis but in the country itself in this day and age. Places like this are disappearing, sadly, in the age of e-commerce. That's unfortunate because the in store experience is such a wonderful thing - to browse the aisles, hold the item, consider additional items to complete the purchase. This is disappearing and this place is a throwback to simpler times.”
“Always surprised what your going to walk out with. Like Free Cat butt magnets?? or Free pointer pen to drive the kitty crazy?. Love the promos. Have loved American Science and surplus for years with my husband and son's, now Grown men. 25 years later and you can still spend at least an hour in. ?❤️”
“I had a great time at this place. There is a ton of fun things that I just wasn't expecting. No other non specialty store has had this good selection of Gunpla, Gundam model kits, and paints.”
“Rick, the owner, is very knowledgeable on a wide variety of cards and carries a wide variety as well from football baseball basketball to all other sports cards and was super friendly definitely recommend stopping in and checking it out!!!”
“Staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. I enjoy their selection of coin albums and supplies especially, although I have found a number of great coins for my type albums as well. There is always something fun to look at here.”
“Super friendly and always willing to help. Walked in the other today with some of my coins and got an appraisal right away for free. No appointment or anything, then I tried to pay for the appraisal and wouldn't let me. Great place, will be back again.”

“Excellent service! Outstanding employees that are all very personable. I have purchased & rented numerous pinball machines and even a jukebox from P&P. They have delivered them to my home and been wonderful to work with! I will definitely be buying more pinball machines from Mike and the guys! Thanks P&P!”
“Helpful and friendly environment for kids and adults. WHEN you break your vehicle and need help, Jamie or the staff does what it takes to get you back on the track.”
“Purchased suede and a belt kit. I wear the belt from the kit. Suede is great. I purchased polyester yarn and wool yarn. I made a basket with some of the polyester yarn. Photos of polyester yarn crocheted white clothesline for a basket. I used Hobby Lobby gold yarn for convertible mitts, mittens extra warmth in winter with a glove or mitten sewed on my coat with sewing thread.”
“Have come to this place a few times over the years. Just came in last night with my kid, who is now interested in pokemon cards. Damien was a great host to us and they were very patient while we looked at everything and asked a million questions. He can't wait to come back.”
“Great shop for Magic the Gathering, Dungeons and Dragons, as well as board games. Currently they have a deals section, many of which are kickstarter exclusive game expansions”

“Incredible variety of products. You have to walk all around the store to see what they to offer. Don't forget the fantastic framing department. They're very creative and professional.”
“It would be appreciated if more staff would greet ALL of their customers rather than a selected few. However, the one thing I like about the hobby lobby is that they are Pet friendly for ? dogs. Some of their items are overly priced”
“This is my go-to craft store. I love the large selection of yarns to choose from. The holiday decorations have a lot to select as well. There's something for everyone!”
“He has a lot of great books and collectibles. Lots of fun and unique things. This is NOT the place to go for new comics or items. He prices fair, and is very upfront about checking prices.”

“Fair and honest appraisals. I chatted with one of the employees who helped me understand the ins and outs of an estimate. While I ended up not buying anything, they were kind & fair.”
“The reason that I gave them 4*'s is because they didn't have a good variety of storage options for my needles and threads. But, its a great place to grab good quality t-shirts for $3-$5.”

“Unreal, anyone that would give this place a bad review is not into any hobby...if your a model railroader, model truck builder or car builder this place is the best in Wisconsin.”

“Our neighborhood Michael's is always a draw during the holidays. They had deals on ribbon ?, Christmas candles, two small Christmas trees for my front porch and some gold and silver flowers arrangement accents. Also, I purchased Christmas cards and I was surprised there was not a bit selection of them and they were $9.99 for ten cards...they are nice, but not that nice. The check out line moved along and I was happy when I walked out and all projects completed!”
“A place you could spend endless hours looking at collector items and hobby supplies. Owner (and owner's dog) are friendly and helpful! Went in not wanting/needing anything and left the shop with a few purchases that will help assist in my hobbies. I will definitely be going back, if anything, to find something new to spark creativity!”
“What a wonderful experience! I took my special friend Sam there, and the staff was so patient and ran some trains especially for him. They also gave me directions so we could see the railroad yard. Thank you for making our day out extra special”
