“I am part of one of the first residential installs. They were very friendly throughout the install process of laying down fiber. They went the extra mile to plant grass and smooth out the area where they put the fiber in the ground. Customer service has been great with following up and making sure that I am happy with the service. If you are able I'd recommend switching over from your existing provider!”

After a few misunderstandings about purchases and billing, I finally connected with the store manager, Mike Schindelholz. He made an extraordinary effort to sort things out...way above and beyond anything I've ever experienced anywhere at the retail level. I'm more than pleased with the service and genuine concern shown for my product and billing issues. The other sales associates gave conflicting and often dead-wrong information, and simply seemed unwilling or unable to make any effort. Mike got to the bottom of each problem and I'm confident everything will resolve satisfactorily. He is an asset to the company and I hope they make every effort to keep him.”
