“Went in to make a claim on a stolen phone but the guy was able to get me a phone ‘cheaper’ in store same day. What he didn’t tell me even though I asked several times what was the total cost of the device I was told 239 for the device after my payment in store and after I go on my Verizon app and look after the fact it’s an 840 dollar device I’m paying off over 3 years now instead just doing the claim and getting a phone again with no locked in payments. Robert was super cool and wanted to help me but wasn’t exactly forthcoming with the information I really wanted.”
“Very patient with looking up the best options for my plan and new phones. Gave me the different price options. Then helped when I received my new phone in mail and could not transfer over from old phone they helped with that. They also took my turn in phone so I did not have to mail it in because we had problems. Reco and Amber were beyond helpful and had went above and beyond!!”
“This location helped me out a lot. Got sent away from the location on sunset because “their WiFi wasn’t working and couldn’t transfer data to my new phone without it”. When after I went to this location (grandview) they helped me get the phone to start transferring and sent me on my way and the entire thing transferred WITHOUT WiFi. The sunset location is known for sending people away because they don’t wanna deal with anything. Grandview location is the one to go to.”

“New customers and couldn't be happier with the service and experience! We did the dreaded cell phone service switch with all new phones. We have NEVER had a good experience with this! Madison in the Pewaukee office changed that for us. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind and actually made our experience fun! Who knew that was possibly! All our phones were upgraded with no issues. Madison even helped a couple weeks later with our daughter who was away at college, thank goodness for facetime:-) The day we came in Madison was training Jacob and Travis (who were fantastic as well), she was awesome with them! I think they will be great employees too! Thanks Madison for making a typically yucky experience much more enjoyable, I feel like we have a new friend too!:-)

Too many interruptive questions about whether we needed anything/ were enjoying our meals. Sloppy wine pour - several drops on the table with each glass.)
