Office personnel were always friendly and helpful, and when there was ever a gate issue I was always notified immediately. “One Storage Storage has Great prices, the units are nice. The staff responds right away if there is a concern. It is safe,there are security cameras, and a keyad entrance into the garage areas. There is an elevator to move between floors. It is great you don't have to deal with the weather outside while moving your belongings, because the inside is temperature controlled. My only concern is that they used to have like 3 carts to help you load your items ,since I'm on the 3rd floor, i need them. Now, I cant seem to find any. I don't know if people re taking them, But They Need to get More ASAP. other than that, I really like using One Stop Storage.”

“This is a wonderful clean and well designed facility. The customer service is also excellent. I was given a spot in an unpaved area, and within 15 minutes of calling I was given a new locker. My only complaint is that the gate is close to the road and feels a little dangerous, but I imagine the owner will move it in the future once the back is finished.”
