I shopped around all these different stores trying to find the best deal and needless to say, it was very overwhelming especially with being a female not knowing much about cars. Every single store I called or went to I would get a huge spiel and be told that there was way more things that needed to be done with my car, or I’d have to wait weeks because, I had an unusual tire. “I came here for a second opinion on a few different matters. A different shop tried to scare me into spending about $2k to repair a bunch of things.
Kusch's gave me peace of mind. They told me it's nothing that I needed to fix all at once, and I was able to walk out of there spending under $100.
I will certainly be coming back here for future check ups. The staff was friendly, and they even gave me a loaner car to use for the day so that I could get to work. They were timely, and provided me with information about my car that I didn't know before.

“Using Baychar was a great experience. I have taken my car to them a few times and all repairs were completed at a fair price. The latest time I took my car in I had to decide if I wanted to go ahead with the repair or salvage the car. They gave me time to think about it and didn't pressure me into a repair when the cost wasn't worth it. They went above and beyond to connect me with a salvage yard and also took pictures for me so I could obtain a temporary tag so I could transfer my plates to a new car. They didn't have to do that but went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I definitely recommend Baychar.”

“Had a great experience with this Goodyear Commercial Tire shop in Butler. Mark and Luke were extremely helpful over the phone and took the time to walk through the considerations involved in upgrading my dump truck steer tires from 11R24.5 to a wide-base flotation setup. I brought in new wheels and they mounted and installed the Cooper steer tires without issue. The shop team also helped load my old wheels and tires back into the truck when finished. Knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to work with. I’d definitely use them again.”
