“Going into a service repair shop for your car you normally don’t feel good about it for several reasons. Reis on HWY 100 is the exception. Duane, who manages that location is so personable, knowledgeable, straight forward and is pretty witty, I actually look forward to seeing him. I happen to go a lot because my business has all of our vehicles repaired and all of the milage maintenance done there. Knowing you’re taken care of the right way with some personality behind it makes it an easy stop for me.”
“Trust me, if you are looking for a tire store. Go to Tire Plus in Franklin! My family has been going to this location for over five years. When you walk in the door, and it’ll be more than likely Corey, the store manager will greet you. We have all had experiences when we go into a tire store and you wonder if you really needed a new tire. Especially if you send your daughter-will they take advantage of the situation. Well, Corey is as honest as they come. We found out that we didn’t need a new tire. And sometimes we did. Trust is what’s most important and they have mine. I highly recommend Plus at 10800 West Speedway Dr. in Franklin. I’ll give them a plug, 'cause I’m looking at the card: they do alignments, batteries, brakes, and oil changes, and of course, tires.”

“I was pleased to get referred to Klamm Total Automotive while I was looking for a place that could do an alignment on my 2012 Sprinter van. With the long wheelbase and high roof, it was a challenge to find a place and get it done before we took off on our return roadtrip to Arizona. Mike at Sturtevant Transmission said Klamm was the place and he was right. They had it done in a few hours and the vehicle drives straight and smooth. No pressure to complete any other unnecessary work. Just solved the problem and we are on our way!”

“Al recently fixed my car I brought it in because my check engine light came on (a year ago) I know I know but and after all the test and troubleshooting he did it ended up being a bigger fix then we had thought, timing chine and other components and I had him fix an oil leak I’ve had for quite some time. Al was very transparent with the work that needed to be done and when the job was finished showed me all the parts that were replaced and or fix and after driving it all fixed she runs smooth like butter I can feel such a difference and am so happy with the service her provided and the price. Also he got the job done in a very reasonable time frame. Thank you thank you for fixing her up!! And side note when I got home my boyfriend looked under the hood and said he went above and beyond and cleaned all the gunk and oil that came from a leak Im not sure if that’s standard but it was definitely appreciated! I highly recommend this shop to anyone.”
