“Sending this for my husband Ted. We came into town to visit family and friends. Had an issue with a tire blow-out on Saturday afternoon. Called Tires Plus in Oak Creek and they had to order a tire for us. I explained that we had to leave on Monday. They thought it should be in by 2:00, but I asked if it came in earlier could they please get me in earlier. They called at 10:00 am and by 11:00 I was leaving with the new tire on the car! Fantastic customer service and a big shout-out to Kyle, the service advisor!

“Went in and within a half hour they took the part we needed replaced off, gave us a the cost for the replacement, told us the can put it on when it’s delivered in two days. We were back on the road within a half hour, able to drive, knowing the cost, and when they replacement piece will be in. Would definitely recommend this place every time for not only their fast service but the constant communication and update. Thank you!”
