“I bought a new car two weeks ago and just recently noticed a few minor scratches on it. I stopped by to see if it’s something simple enough they can fix and to see what the cost was going to be. The receptionist that helped me got started was friendly and helpful. She walked around the vehicle with me and I pointed out where the scratches were. While I was waiting back in the waiting area a gentleman by the name of Jim came to update me that they can remove the scratches, just not at that moment but if I was to wait about an hr they can get to it. Less than 10mins go by and they were completed! I appreciate the great customer service and no cost fix. I will definitely go back for future repairs if ever needed and will recommend 1collision to friends and family.”

“Took my car in, worked with Serge who was very professional. Left my car for a few hours with him, I had explained my biggest concern was a full cup of coffee in my seat. He assured me that he could fix that without a problem ( he did). When i picked up my car, he walked around explaining what he did and what he couldn't clean (deep deep stains) since I just paid for a basic detailing. He did tell me how and why certain things were cleaned. He truly wanted to show his work and for me to not have any unanswered questions. I will be doing business with them again.”

“So far after a month I really enjoy this car wash. I really like that they start washing your car with the power wash wand first. I do wish they had a bit longer hours, maybe 7 am to 7 pm but can understand that may not be possible.”

“I recently had the opportunity to visit Auto Collision due to a scratch on my vehicle. Without an appointment I stopped in, showed the technician the scratch and asked if they could repair. He said yes, quoted me a price and that they could do the repair right then and it would only take about 15 minutes. They delivered. They did a great job. “Zips Car Wash had a $10 premier was on their website so I took advantage. I have been traveling for a few days across the U.S. and my vehicle definitely needed a clean. After the wash, they provided free vacuums and small towels to dry your vehicle or to use for whipping it down. I always keep some cleaning supplies with me. They had no issue with me spending a little extra time throwing away trash, cleaning my windows, and conditioning my leather.”
