As a new member and CrossFit student they made me feel comfortable and helped me learn all the new movements.”
“I'm not too familiar with the club, but the coaches are super nice and experienced and they seem to have a large turnout of kids of all different abilities. They run a beginners tournament every January which is the perfect starting point for any youngster without or without any experience. It's a perfect confidence booster, and they match the kids up by ability and experience.”
