“I usually don't write reviews, but I think Alex and the staff at Form & Fitness deserve it. I've had a fantastic experience with this strength training program. Even within the small group setting, Alex (and any trainer I've had the pleasure to work out with) pays attention to each of our needs. Before every session, he asks about injuries or limitations and adapts my exercises accordingly. The atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive of all levels. As a 60-year-old woman, I might be working out along with a 40 y/o mom juggling young children or an 80-year-old man focused on staying active. I'd like to say I've even made a few new friends. The trainers do an excellent job of personalizing workouts so that everyone feels challenged, supported, and successful. I call it my home away from home now having been there a year and a half and hoping to continue on for at least another decade or two.”

“I attended my first 2G class at the studio yesterday. Everyone - staff and fellow classmates - were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful! It was a challenging workout but easy to modify depending on your fitness level. I love the stats and data driven approach they take. Highly recommend!”

“I just had a total knee replacement and then carpal tunnel surgery. I would say the saddest thing about my recovery time is that I couldn’t go to Yoga and Water Aerobics. I have missed it so much. Not just the activity… But the camaraderie. This has been surprising to me… how going to classes week after week, year after year, has resulted in some very good friends. Now my Physical Therapist is training me on what to do in the gym upon my return on Saturday. I’m happy happy happy to go back to Elite! I use all three clubs north of Milwaukee for classes, and appreciate them all so much.”
