“I accidentally took out the side mirror on my vehicle so I called Chippewa Auto body Thursday afternoon and they said to just stop for an estimate. It took about 2 minutes for them to give me an estimate and they ordered the mirror right away. By Monday they got the mirror/parts in and I was able to bring it in on Tuesday. Their team made the entire process so smooth. Exceptional service, I would give 10 stars if I could.”

“Excellent customer service in the service department. Even though my check engine light didn't seem to be a huge concern, they didn't brush me off and send me home like the dealership did in Eau Claire. They gladly took time on a Friday afternoon to at least run the diagnostics. They set me up for my appointment to take care of a recall and even offered me rental, without me having to beg or even ask. The other dealership said there was only a shuttle I could use, if I got called in. I work in emergency 24/7 at the local hospital and this was the main reason I bought such an expensive warranty...For the use of a rental car. I will always take my truck to Toycen for multiple reasons!”

“I bought new tires that were priced fairly. While I did not purchase the extra protections in coverage I still came in for help. I had checked three gas stations and the air pressure machines were not working properly. But Walmart quickly took care of it. They are so busy that I recommend to call for an appointment. I took one star off because I wish they would offer more repairs and services. I always feel like I am getting a fair price.”
