“Just a a short note to compliment the extraordinary customer service I received at your business last week. I had an Interstate battery purchased in 2025 for my Ford 150 that had gone dead over night. I tried to charge it but my smart charger wouldn't recognize it because the voltage was so low. I was able to jump start it and bring it to the shop. Your team of technicians analyzed my system and swapped out my battery with a loaner so they could deep charge my battery. I owe Shawn, Nate and Vin a big thank you for the extra effort they put forth in getting me back up and running.
In today's world it seems good customer service is pretty hard to find but great customer service is almost never found. These guys represented your business in a professional, customer focused, and friendly manner. I just wanted to make you aware of their positive work ethic because I will certainly tell this story to other people in my social circle. When I need another battery your store is the only place I'll go.

“We were traveling from Indiana and got a nail in our tire. We happened to spend the night at hotel near this Walmart and I took my car in first thing at 7 am on Saturday morning. They told me they were fully booked but would try to work me in due to our situation. Dan and Ken were both fantastic! They were able to repair the tire with a patch vs new tire and it was all done by 8am! I wanted to buy them lunch but the would not let me. They were very friendly, honest and hard working people! They are great employees! Thank you guys so much for helping us continue on our trip without a massive delay in our travels!”
