Battery Stores near Chippewa Falls, WI

“Just a a short note to compliment the extraordinary customer service I received at your business last week. I had an Interstate battery purchased in 2025 for my Ford 150 that had gone dead over night. I tried to charge it but my smart charger wouldn't recognize it because the voltage was so low. I was able to jump start it and bring it to the shop. Your team of technicians analyzed my system and swapped out my battery with a loaner so they could deep charge my battery. I owe Shawn, Nate and Vin a big thank you for the extra effort they put forth in getting me back up and running.

In today's world it seems good customer service is pretty hard to find but great customer service is almost never found. These guys represented your business in a professional, customer focused, and friendly manner. I just wanted to make you aware of their positive work ethic because I will certainly tell this story to other people in my social circle. When I need another battery your store is the only place I'll go.

Best Regards,
Dan Anderson”

“Our car wouldn't start and we suspected the battery. Decided to go have it tested at O'Reillys. Both staff were extremely helpful and polite. Onyx worked with us as we tried to pin point the issue. Seth was also helpful in helping us replace the battery. Will go back in the future for sure!!!”

“I was helped by Will who was super helpful running diagnostics on our van and pointed us in the right direction to figure out the check engine light code. I’d definitely return to this O’reilly if I needed anything else.”
