“When Trubilt fixed my Subaru after a hit and run accident, they did fantastic. Extremely seamless process since they did most of the work with the insurance company! They had excellent customer service and kept me informed every step of the way. The repairs are fantastic, can’t even tell a difference in paint color- and most other places would not have done as well (believe me, I’ve had a similar incident before and went to a different repair shop). They did offer me a rental vehicle for the length of the repairs, although I did not need one. After the repairs were finished they offered to drop my vehicle off to my workplace as well since I wasn’t sure I’d make it there by the time they closed. Now after all is said and done, I get free details every quarter of the year while in ownership of the vehicle, as well as a flash drive with photos of everything done! Should the incident arrive again (fingers crossed it doesn’t), I will most DEFINITELY be going through Trubilt again!”
