“Cassie (store manager) was SO helpful and honestly made my day! I needed a rear blinker and I called ahead to make sure they had the part. She answered enthusiastically and met me at the door to check my car to ensure we had the right part. THEN she helped me replace my key FOB battery - which I believe is above and beyond service! AND IT GETS BETTER! I had a question that required her going back out to my car, and she was happy to do so. She answered my questions with accuracy and kindness. I really appreciate all of Cassie’s help today! I can be a needy customer, but she made me feel comfortable in her store and showed no annoyance with my annoyingness ☺️ Keep up the great work!!”
