“I stopped in yesterday around 2:30, Walter was the only one at the counter and was working incredibly hard and did a great job even though the store was packed. He was getting everyone's parts, and I'm pretty sure I saw him bouncing between 3 or 4 computers to make sure customers weren't waiting too long. It’s not fair to expect one person to handle that volume alone. He deserves recognition, and O'Reilly needs to hire more staff at this store”
