“This place far exceeded my expectations. They are so kind and patient with me. Ive been going there for a while now. Ive had repairs done a handful of times and every time it was done properly and at a very fair price. No judgement, always nice and welcoming. My mom now goes there too as well. And we will never go anywhere else as long as this gem exists. Thank you guys so much!”

“After dealing with our local polaris dealer in Southern MN and receiving terrible service to buy a snowmobile I decided it was time to look around for a different dealer and I found Nextgen powersports they have been great from the start to the time I picked up the snowmobile. CJ DesJerdin did a great job making sure everything went smoothly I would highly recommend her to anyone. I will be back to do business again in the future.”

“After calling every shop I could find in the Eau Claire and Rice Lake areas, nobody was willing to take on my Ducati Panigale. One shop in Rice Lake even recommended two different mechanics. One was supposedly known for taking on anything and fixing everything, but they still turned me away. Then I called Ron. His response was simply, “Bring it in—it’s just nuts and bolts.” Not only did he fix the bike quickly, but the price was more than fair. He also took the time to explain what had caused the issue and gave me advice on how to keep the bike healthy going forward. It’s hard to find someone who’s knowledgeable, honest, and willing to work on these bikes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ron to anyone, for anything with an engine.”

“I am grateful to the guy who repaired my father's tire today! (11/7/24 -The tire with the long screw in it) I was so happy to hear that somebody so close to home still knows how to run a business and how to treat great guys like my dad with the respect and honor he deserves! He has always been fair to everyone and rarely receives the same in return. Kindness and quality workmanship seems scarce these days!? But you still got it! Thank you so much! You made our day!”

“ATR went above and beyond to repair a slow leak tire (rusty nail) I called 45 minutes before they closed and had 25 minutes to get there after wrangling kiddos to the vehicle. Then I left my debit card there and they called me using caller ID to let me know. They were still open but I arrived after close on a Friday and they waited patiently and it was very appreciated!”

"I'm honored to be the 200th Fix Auto USA location," said Arroyo. "I joined the network in 2014 and haven't looked back. This network has given me so much, and I can't wait to continue building my business and representing the brand."
