“My family has been going to Andy's with many different vehicles for decades. Andy is amazing! He is one of the most honest and fair people I have ever worked with. He does an incredible job to keep the vehicles in good working order, and his prices are quite honestly too inexpensive. I would like to give a few examples of his excellent service. Years ago there was a rattling under our 2008 Toyota matrix and something was scraping the ground. I feared the worst. I took it in, and he said the heat shield had fallen off, and in about 30 minutes and $25 later it was repaired. That was 6 years ago and no issues since. A little bit after that I had mistakenly taken the car in to a dealership for a problem because I thought I had to, and they quoted me almost $1,000 for a repair of the A/F fuel valve and charge about $100 just for the diagnostics. I called Andy to see if he could repair it, and he ran the diagnostics at no charge, and fixed it no problem for about $260. Again, that was probably 5 years ago and no issues with that since then. Andy is excellent!”

“I contacted Budweiser Motors because I was having issues with my car on my way home from work. I spoke with Shawn and he allowed me to come in right away to see what the issue was. When I arrived he hooked my car up to get an idea of what was happening. My battery was running at a lower voltage and I chose to get it replaced. While waiting, I called Chevrolet customer service to see if the bumper to bumper warranty covered that, they informed me that it didn't. I ended up paying for the service. After I got home, I got an email from the customer service representative stating the she made a mistake and my battery was covered under that warranty. I proceeded to call Budweiser and Karla answered the call. While speaking with Karla and informing her that I had the bumper to bumper warranty on my car and confirmation from Chevrolet that the battery was supposed to be covered she chose to try to argue that the warranty did not cover this and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. She then told me to forward the email to Budweiser for review and someone would contact me. I did in fact forward that information. Shawn eventually called me back about 30 minutes later and apologized for the mistake of not checking into the warranty while I was there earlier. He told me to come in the following day so he could collect the information he needed off the battery and he was going to have a refund check waiting for me. THANK YOU, Shawn for making the experience better! You deserve 5 stars. Karla...you deserve only 1 star, and that is being generous.”

Mark, and Michael, are fantastic people; professional, and simply a pleasure to meet. They fixed our truck the very next day!
Extremely happy with the work completed; they even took the time to explain what had failed, and the costs for the work were way less than expected. Think about it, in today's world shops are booked out weeks, if not months for in-depth motor work. Understanding our predicament, they squeezed us into the schedule and we couldn't be happier.
