“My headlight went out today. I was in a panic since it gets dark soon and I didn't want to get pulled over. I called Silver Lake and spoke to Tyler, who was friendly and answered all my questions. I went in, was taken care of right away.Tyler took my car back and before I could enjoy their clean lobby, he was back with my keys at hand! He changed my headlight and even filled my window washer fluid (it's winter, so you know it needed to be refilled). I will definitely be coming back when I need other auto services! I highly recommend them!”

is over the Moon compared to ANY service I've had with other places. However, the couple of times I've asked him to check other things while he's had my vehicle in the shop there seems to have been a communication gap and it's fallen to the wayside and not gotten done. That is the only reason why he didn't get 5 stars. I would go back any day of the week and have.”

“Great people great work. They were going to replace the front two fenders on my Ram. I found the fenders online and they went to the Ram dealer and convinced them to match the price that I found. The quote to paint and install was $1900. When I picked up the truck today the price was $1300. They were going off of the flat rate book that said it should take 7.5 hours to paint the fenders. Laubenheimer’s thought that was way too much time so they only charged me what it took! On top of that the work is impeccable.”

“Great experience. I have had repairs/oil changes with at least 8 other shops (not including this one) over the years - this is the best I have had so far. I came in for a routine oil change, and a repair was recommended. Though they usually book a week or so out, they thankfully had an opening the next day, which I took. I wasn't sure if I would leave my car that night or drop it off in the morning. They allowed me to leave that day, without paying for the oil change (trusting I would bring my car back the next day) and performed the repair the next day quickly and at a slightly lower cost than estimated. I would recommend this business.”

Just one example - we were experiencing a transmission issue with our Subaru Crosstrek and brought it in for assessment. The tech identified the issue and went the extra steps to determine that Subarua had issued a service bulletin and that the dealer would be able to offer an extended 100k mile warranty on the issue. They gave us all the information and codes and encouraged us to to take it in to the Subaru dealer so that we would not be charged for the repair. That's honesty and integrity in living proof.
We will keep coming here for service - and refer all our family and friends!”
“I took my Honda to a dealer for repairs twice for the same problems and both times they failed to find the cause. I was completely fed up with their lack of knowledge and professionalism.
Then I remembered that Tyler Sack at Master Tech in Slinger was Honda certified and gave him a call. He was familiar with the problems I was having and assured me they could be fixed.
I took my car to Master Tech the next week and what a difference!!! Tyler and David has a precise understanding of my problems, sent me photos of the cause of the problems and explained everything in perfect detail.
After almost a year of disappointment, my car was right back to perfect. And along with the repairs I came for, they gave the car a keen inspection and found one additional problem and took care of it.
I couldn’t be happier than I am with this jewel of a repair shop in Slinger, Wisconsin. My 2015 Accord runs like new.”

Their assistance and expertise goes above-and- beyond!We were out and about and noticed we had an extremely low tire. We filled it up with air at a gas station; then went to Quik Lube regardless because we had plans to get an oil change that day. We mentioned to them that we may have a slow leak in our tire. Our team member quickly found a screw in the tire that was causing the leak. He said it would only be $12 to patch it (for the lifetime of the tire) and our tire was quickly fixed, along with an oil change! Thank you, Hartland Quik Lube! See ya again in 10,000 miles! :-)”
