“I went into columbus Pick n Save for a watermelon around 6:15 am.
Troy the man working in produce was stocking. What an amazing customer service experience I had. I asked if there were more watermelon as there just a few out. Not only did he stop and go check. He came out and asked if I had more shopping to do because the truck just came in and the bin of watermelon was buried. I was only there for the watermelon and I said I would come back. It could have ended there, but Troy said if I could just wait a moment, he would get me a bigger watermelon. He was so accommodating, it took him less than 5 minutes and he returned with the full crate.
That's great customer service.

“I had a dumb moment I didn’t know how to use the gas pump. The ones that have the diesel as well. I didn’t realize that you had to pull the lever up for it to begin. I went inside and somebody helped me. I’m not exactly sure what there name was. It was one of the younger men working there.”

“There's a couple items I always and only get from here since they're typically cheaper than everywhere else. Beverage, Household goods and cleaners. Personal grooming items and medications are always a bargain and the people are always friendly.”
