“Both postal workers that were Manning the front desk today, we're very upbeat and friendly with all the customers that I noticed. Everyone was greeted with a smile. Polite conversation and was thanked for their business. Perfect.”

“Whoever the carrier was on Arthur St., Menasha, WI this past week (03/23/26-03/28/26), I would love to have him on my route permanently. Friendly, polite, very helpful and hard working. I would be disappointed if the previous carrier returned.”

120 Doty Street, Kaukauna WI 54130
“Kaukauna Post Office is one of the Best around. Good workers with positive attitudes. Never feel rushed by them. Always give good advice about mail services. Bought stamps because they're going up. Next increase in postage will be July 5th, 2024.”

410 West Franklin Street, Appleton WI 54911
“I just go and drop mail off for work so I don’t have much interaction with staff or anything. However, the one time I did have to interact with someone, she was very rude and blunt. I understand that everyone waits til the last second to bring their mail in but you don’t need to make it anyone else’s problem. It’s usually pretty clean and organized, just wish the employees acted like they liked their jobs once in a while…”
