“It's a pretty large store, very clean. Bathrooms were clean. Unfortunately, the EV chargers didn't work on our second pass through. They worked great when we stopped earlier in the day but by 4/4:30 even the same one we used earlier wouldn't charge. We tried 2 others with no luck. That caused a 2 hour delay to our trip as we searched for other chargers. Other than that, I never have a complaint about KT.”
“Great place! Needed to buy Purina Outlast for my horse. Oregon feed store and Tractor Supply are the only ones that stock it besides Middleton Farmers Cooperative.
Oregon feed store is 25 minutes from my house, Tractor Supply is even further. Plus TSC never actually has it in stock!!
Middleton Farmers Cooperative is only 15-20 minutes from my house, and had Purina Outlast in stock!! Felt nearly impossible to get my hands on, but I know that I have a feed store that I can get it from. The woman working the register at the feed store was very kind and even carried the bag over to the register for me. I’ll see if I can get my other feeds from here so I no longer have to support large corporations like TSC and Farm and Fleet. I’d love to be able to support a local Co-op more often!
Only complaint is their hours on the weekends. Would be nice if they were open a couple hours on Sunday, but definitely not the end of the world. Good hours during the week day.”

“Taco Tuesday is now one of my favorite lunches. They have authentic tacos, salsa, rice & beans. They are one of my favorite tacos on this side of Madison. Check them out you wont be disappointed! Jay and his crew are fantastic!”
“We stopped for the restroom and soda.
Both restrooms were exceptionally clean.
When I went outside, I found my wife had left the keys in the locked car.
I was running late for an appointment in Milwaukee so I was kinda peeved.
Anyway, the cashier was so awesome, he called different places to find a locksmith for us. We finally reached the local sheriff deputy and he was there in 10 minutes to open the door.
I was able to make the appointment.
Very friendly and helpful.

“I’ve been going there for years. They have a friendly staff. They have lots of products. They have fresh sandwiches and coffee and they have a restroom and they have handicap parking and their prices are fair on the gasoline and you can get a rewards card that you can use if you do happen to smoke cigarettes and you get the rewards card is probably the best price in the area compared to others. They have all kinds of energy drinks and they have warm hats if you’re on the road and it’s winter and you need a quick cat. They actually have nice brands there. They have charger cords and anything you might need in an emergency when you’re on the road and if you are traveling business person you will like it because right next-door is the executive residential hotels. There’s lots of hotels aroundand there’s a Walgreens across the street so you can just about get anything you want and it’s very fast off the beltline and back on the belt line”
“It is a gas station. The gas was priced right. The window squeegee was clean and not rancid smelling. Inside the store was a plethora of items to choose from. They had everything from a to z in that store. All kinds of Alcohol, roller food, coffee and lotto. The bathrooms were clean and smelled nice. The employees were friendly. It is a really nice place to shop.”

“Took my small tractor here for new tires, brake fix, and hydraulic leak. They did it under expected price, and incredibly quick. Helpful as well for pickup time as they let me leave it and grab it another night with the trailer. Overall wonderful experience.”

“I have stopped here randomly throughout the years I've lived in Madison. I've usually had a positive experience. You just have to be careful with their gas pumps because sometimes they leaked a little bit of gas when you pull them out of your gas tank. No complaints other than that, great place to stop for snacks and drinks.”

“Good small station for convenience or fuel. Top-Tier as well, free of ethanol which is very nice for two-strokes or performance engines. Only real complaint is the amount of people that forget a larger and easier to access location is off of Pleasant View and can be very easily accessed by Market St. WAY too many people hold up the lane on University trying to turn across a double-yellow into the location. I feel like it might be a good idea at this point to make the enter/exit one way, if it gets any worse.”
“I love this gas station. I've been working out of town and stopping here basically every day and I got kisserie rewards too. So I've been yeah, so happy. The staff that we're here is so I love customer service. Good customer service is so hard to come by. And these guys nail it every single employee here should get a raise and a Pat on the back. They do such a good job and they're so pleasant and so polite. Thank you so much for bringing customer service back and doing such a stellar job at what you do and your pizza by far the bomb. Now case's pizza in general is probably some of the best pizza ever anywhere and I travel the entire country. So believe me when I say I know good pizza, but you guys here at this Casey's, oh my gosh, the best, the best Casey's pizza I've ever had. “A decent Kwik Trip location. They have a smaller interior shopping experience than other Kwik Trips. However, they still manage to pack in the quintessential products like milk, bread, eggs, drinks, snacks and more.
Plenty of free parking in their parking lot.”

“I don’t live far from here, but for whatever reason the manager had it out for me. She really did. Every time I went in she was rude, and honestly it felt like everyone knew it. Because of that, I just avoided going there and would drive all the way to Verona instead.
But recently, I had a completely different experience.
I was dealing with some issues with my prescription insurance and needed to get something figured out quickly. I called Walgreens to ask about using a coupon instead, and they were able to help me out. The same prescription that was going to cost me 80 dollars at the other pharmacy in town ended up being 40 dollars here, and with the coupon I only paid 20.
I didn’t even need to bother using my insurance or spend the time on the phone sorting things out. I was in a time rush since I was leaving on a trip and needed to have it filled that day, so I didn’t have time to deal with all of that.
When I went in, the pharmacy staff was really kind, patient, and actually took the time to walk me through everything.
I don’t know if they changed staff or what, but my recent experience was night and day compared to before. Really appreciate the help. It made a stressful situation a lot easier.”

“I am genuinely puzzled as to why their ratings are so low, especially considering the excellent service they provide. Despite an unforeseen issue at my usual pharmacy, where I was unable to obtain my prescription, this location promptly transferred my medication and had it ready very quickly. I find the low rating quite perplexing, but I must say, they have been absolutely wonderful to me??”
