“Gary has been my pharmacist for over 30 years. He's an incredible person who has done so much good for the community. I will always remember the time when I was younger, and I went to the doctor sick, and they called in a prescription for me right as the pharmacy was closing. My parents called right away to ask if he could forward it over to Walgreens since they were closing, and I needed the medication right away. Instead of doing that, Gary said he was leaving soon, and he dropped it off at our house on his way home. That's the kind of service and kindness you rarely see these days. I moved out of Verona over a decade ago, but I still fill my scripts here. Abbie and Libby are also great, as well as the other staff members. I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy and the people who work there!”

“I stopped to get an Rx on 9/13/25. I had just been to urgent care on High Point Rd at 10:30 am it was called in. At 10:45 I got a text asking if I want to fill it. I was already waiting. I told the pharmacy cashier that I have a wedding to go to & she rushed my order. She was awesome to work with! I got on my Rx right away & was able to make the wedding on time!”

“I don’t live far from here, but for whatever reason the manager had it out for me. She really did. Every time I went in she was rude, and honestly it felt like everyone knew it. Because of that, I just avoided going there and would drive all the way to Verona instead.
But recently, I had a completely different experience.
I was dealing with some issues with my prescription insurance and needed to get something figured out quickly. I called Walgreens to ask about using a coupon instead, and they were able to help me out. The same prescription that was going to cost me 80 dollars at the other pharmacy in town ended up being 40 dollars here, and with the coupon I only paid 20.
I didn’t even need to bother using my insurance or spend the time on the phone sorting things out. I was in a time rush since I was leaving on a trip and needed to have it filled that day, so I didn’t have time to deal with all of that.
When I went in, the pharmacy staff was really kind, patient, and actually took the time to walk me through everything.
I don’t know if they changed staff or what, but my recent experience was night and day compared to before. Really appreciate the help. It made a stressful situation a lot easier.”
“I am genuinely puzzled as to why their ratings are so low, especially considering the excellent service they provide. Despite an unforeseen issue at my usual pharmacy, where I was unable to obtain my prescription, this location promptly transferred my medication and had it ready very quickly. I find the low rating quite perplexing, but I must say, they have been absolutely wonderful to me??”

“I needed a special kind of prescription soap for my surgery the next day and I had forgotten to pick it up from the pharmacy until just the day before. They were out of that particular kind of soap but were amazingly helpful and patient and called the hospital and found a new kind of soap that they did have in stock that worked great! Very nice staff, great vibes, definitely recommend.”
