“My dog has been a patient at Sauk Point since July and I have always felt that the staff, the doctors, and techs have gone above and beyond for her. Recently, my dog was attacked by another dog early in the morning. The ER vets had wait times of over 4 hours, and we could not wait. Thanks to Dr Collins and Dr Laura, they were able to see my dog the same day for emergency surgery and care. They are so caring and have my dog’s best interests at heart. Sauk Point is Madison’s best vet for this very reason. Without their help, my dog’s recovery would not be going as well as it is! I truly cannot thank Sauk Point enough for their dedication to my dog!”

“We have been taking our dog Prescott to True Vet for the last 6 years since he was a puppy! I should really put a review in every time I go. Today was one of the biggest snowstorms so far this year, and they were able to squeeze us in for a quick visit to treat our dog’s ear infection. The team at True Vet are good listeners, they have patience, and they really take the time to educate. I have nothing but good things to say. We live close by and our dog always pulls to go there and have a visit! Dr. Sarah is seriously amazing, we have had the most experience with her, and are happy whenever she gets to work with us. You guys rock!!”

“They have provided such compassionate care for our animals through the years. You can tell how much they love animals. Our dogs love to visit and get excited when we pull into the parking lot. The "sqeezy cheese" on a tongue depressor is the highlight of their visit! Our dog, Cooper, recently had a cancer diagnosis and they will diligent in their care and follow-up. I knew he was in good hands. I also really appreciate that they look at other ways to care for common issues. Some extra immune support for our other pup and her allergy skin has cleared up - so much better than a medication regimen. I can't recommend them enough!”

I travel in a week and having my documents this early is such a huge relief — thank you so so much!P.S. I noticed a lot of the negative reviews for all APHIS offices seem to mainly be due to user error. Read the instructions carefully, then re-read 5 more times, check your paperwork, and you'll be fine! My vet and I prepped this paperwork way in advance and everything was endorsed without a hitch. ;)”

“We recently brought our dog in just a few hours after she was spayed at her regular vet. She started bleeding from her incision more than what is normal. When we arrived, they immediately took her back to check for internal bleeding among other things. She spent the night with the staff and Dr Lydia Colopy was incredibly helpful in explaining what was going on and all of the options that we had. She asked many questions that showed she truly cared. They took such good care of our girl over the course of the 15+ hours she was there. We couldn't be more grateful for the kindness and great service that we received.”

“I once worked for a great vet for 4 years. Dr. Hess is like him. She is not a corporate vet running a "business." She is an excellent veterinary diagnostician, and she cares about the animals. I totally trust her judgment, and there are not a lot of vets (or doctors) I can say that about. If you want a snazzy new building, this is not your place. If you want a great vet for your animals, you can't do better.”
