“Evan and Quintin in the bodyshop department at Ewald Ford, are a first-class team!
They do great work and treat people the right way.
Thanks again!”
“Same day repairs with quality work performed within reasonable prices. They're honest rather than making promises about repairs, they offer a warranty on their work, and the mechanics are experienced. Highly recommend 👍”

“My car only had 530 miles on it when it was hit. My insurance company recommended Caliber Collision in Cudahy. They were professional from the time I got dropped it off until I picked it up. Great communication while they were repairing me car. And when I picked it up they went through everything that was done to repair it. My car looks like it’s brand new again. And the life time guarantee is a huge bonus.”

“I highly recommend Authentic Automotive for repairing my 1973 Mercury Cougar XR7. I towed my car for 2nd opinion for possible timing chain replacement. It was the best decision I made for my car and I got it back in two days. I will be taking my Mercury Cougar too Authentic Automotive for all future repairs.”
“Very quick and helpful! They made the extra effort to squeeze in my tire rotation last-minute on a Friday and even with the time crunch I was back out in under an hour.”

“After having a bad experience at Lake Ford, I decided to go to Ewald even though Lake is right next to my job/a quick ride from my house.
I worked with Marco and he was extremely pleasant, answered all my questions, and just overall seemed to be genuine and happy to be of service. The techs also did a great job and my car was back faster than expected, which has not been my experience with other dealers.
Needless to say I will be taking the drive to Ewald from now on. The service advisors were so pleasant and really took the time to go over my car and any issues I had. I didn't feel like I was bothering them just by talking to them, and it seemed like they were interested in what I had to say/wanted me to have a good experience.
I feel like the company and employees themselves try hard to make it a welcoming atmosphere, and in my opinion it worked.
I look forward to coming here in the future.”

“Fast pumps, great to use with the Pick 'n Save fuel points, has a food mart on the inside, clean, and they have a service center also with emission testing.”
“Baha and DJ were fantastic throughout this entire process! At first, there was a title issue but Baha made sure he communicated us throughout the weeks long process. Happy to say were driving off with the car we were both looking for and we'll definitely be referring them to family and friends!”
“Came here on the Friday before the 4th of July after being to 3 auto shops that were closed. The wait was only about 10 min, if that, and then it only took another 10 min for them to complete the emissions test. Very happy, and I'll keep coming back here.”
“There is no better place within 50 miles that has fair prices on good solid used cars and i looke everywhere. The guys were great to work with, very fair and polite. Gave us room to look at the cars, test drive them and make up are minds while answering the few questions we had. 10 out of 10 stars. I wouldn't go anyplace else after going there. Great job Southside Auto!”

“Took the old rusty ford in for an oil change and inspection. They were quick and accommodating. They also took photos of their work and emailed me everything about the problems going on with my truck. Gave me a honest opinion and left the rest up me. The technicians are always friendly on the phone. I appreciate a place that doesn’t act like you irritating them asking questions.”
