Carlos gets the job done fast (as in you may be able to bring the car in the day you schedule the appointment, get a full work up, and leave with new brakes later that same day!!) and keeps the price as reasonable as possible. “I had a Left rear tire losing air. I found Monro open on Memorial Day and made an appointment for 3 pm and was taken in right on schedule even though they were very busy.
My tire had a side wall tear and tires had to be ordered. I was told the tires would be there the following day around 1 PM and they were.

“After having a bad experience at Lake Ford, I decided to go to Ewald even though Lake is right next to my job/a quick ride from my house.
I worked with Marco and he was extremely pleasant, answered all my questions, and just overall seemed to be genuine and happy to be of service. The techs also did a great job and my car was back faster than expected, which has not been my experience with other dealers.
Needless to say I will be taking the drive to Ewald from now on. The service advisors were so pleasant and really took the time to go over my car and any issues I had. I didn't feel like I was bothering them just by talking to them, and it seemed like they were interested in what I had to say/wanted me to have a good experience.
I feel like the company and employees themselves try hard to make it a welcoming atmosphere, and in my opinion it worked.
