“My vehicle stranded me yesterday in single digit temperatures. I called my insurance to find me a tow, and they found a company that strung me along for 7 hours continuing to say they were on their way. It was getting late in the evening and I didn't think my car was going to be towed. I called MT Towing & Recovery LLC and they answered promptly, responding to my vehicle within 30 minutes, and completing the tow in approximately 1 hour total, in the dark. I'm so thankful for the quick response and completing this task in a professional and swift manner. Definitely saving your number for future car troubles, the best tow service I've worked with in my life, and cheaper than previous tows. Shout out to Tim, you're awesome!”
“I'm unsure what happened with the other user. I know last time I had difficulty with Uhaul over reservations. This time though other than the app messing up. Truck, and keys are here. FYI CJ isn't at fault for what uhaul does. Though yeah all is good today here for me except the app messing up. These are two damaged areas not noted btw”
“First time using Lincoln service department on Mayfair road & my first reaction walking in was, it is very well organized & friendly staff. The gentleman that booked the appointment was great to start & very thorough but spaced his name. The shuttle service was an over the top bonus that I did not expect. Austin greeted me, checked me in & went over what was needed & he made me aware of 2 service recalls that were also needed. I was quoted higher than what I paid & they went way above & beyond, especially Austin so thank you Austin & your team for a great experience! You’ve gained a life time customer with your service & organization. Hopefully I won’t see you too soon but I’ll definitely be back!”
