“LADIES, (and gentlemen of course) if you are in need of an HONEST mechanic, I recommend you contacting Poulos Automotive. I have been here twice with two separate vehicles and on both occasions have left very happy! Which doesn’t happen often when leaving a mechanic.Recently I brought my vehicle in telling the shop I needed a valve cover replacement, a tire sensor issue that needed fixing (ended up being 2 nails in my tire), and all 4 brake pads & rotors needed to be replaced.After inspection, Poulos contacted me back and told me all my brake pads were fine, that only front rotors needed replaced.Most shops would have seen a female, grabbed my $ and gone with it.I say this because after an oil change a previous shop told me my check engine light was on due to a valve cover issue ?I may be a female sir, but I know enough to know that won’t cause my light to come on. Midas then quoted me @$422 for a valve cover replacement alone, while Poulos did that and the above stated issues for about the same price!! All done in just the afternoon!!”

“Super friendly and kind tow operator. I feel bad I didn't get his name. Very patient getting our minivan recovered from the snow and embankment. It was on I94 near American Family field on Saturday Jan. 13, 2024 after the large-ish snowfall, and we spun out on a ice/slush patch. He had to wait for Mil. Co. DPW to cut the fence because it popped down as we ran over it, but sprung back up.Milwaukee Co. Picked a good company for the freeway contract.”

“Recently brought my car in because the engine light had come on. I explained the problem to them and they asked me some questions. They told me that because I had bought a couple of back to back tanks of premium gas this might be the problem. They suggested I go back to putting regular in and give that a try. Sure enough I put regular in and the engine light went out and hasn’t come back on since. Girard’s could have said yea we can hook it up and run costly diagnostic tests but they didn’t. They were honest and helped me out with an easy fix. I would recommend Girards to all my family and friends. They are terrific people. And now a days finding a gem like Girards can be hard!! They are the best”

“I'm unsure what happened with the other user. I know last time I had difficulty with Uhaul over reservations. This time though other than the app messing up. Truck, and keys are here. FYI CJ isn't at fault for what uhaul does. Though yeah all is good today here for me except the app messing up. These are two damaged areas not noted btw”
