“We had an outstanding experience with Sebastian P at the Verizon store on KK in Bay View (Milw., Wi); not something I often say about buying a new phone!
I was without a phone for two days-mine had stopped working due to water damage-and desperate for a new one. Sebastian was very helpful; transferring the data was not easy. He was patient, knowledgeable and made me laugh (I I was a bit tense, thinking that I would not be able to recover all of my data). Sebastian patiently waited while I selected a phone cover, offered advice and put the various covers on for me so I could see how they would look. He even helped my husband get some debris out of his phone. Sebastian went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one.
I highly recommend this location and working with Sebastian and his colleagues.”

“I visited the South 27th Street ATT location to resolve problems related to initial online setup (done online by an ATT tech) which resulted in TWO active cell carriers ( ATT and Verizon) on my phone!?!
Fortunately the store manager, Edwin Davila, was able to identify the multiple errors. Edwin efficiently/effectively redid the downloads, removed the Verizon software and confirmed my equipment was working as intended.

“The employees at this store were amazing! We came in to upgrade our phones, and Brittany was absolutely outstanding. Even though the store was very busy, she stayed calm, was incredibly patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed.
We ended up being there for quite a while because my phone was acting up, but throughout the entire process Brittany kept checking on us and made sure everything was taken care of. The manager, Jake, was also fantastic - very attentive, helpful, and professional.

“I had to cancel my Internet Service because I got a new account with T-Mobile. I called customer service, first I was on hold for 38 minutes. I called again and took longer but finally a nice lady tried to help me. After all that time, something went wrong and she was not able to help me. I decided to go to the store, T-mobile in Cudahy is the closest to home. It was 20 minutes before 8pm (their closing time), when I arrived, and this nice person, her name is Yadi, helped me with the most professionalism and always with a smile (which is what you always wish when you really need help). Thank you Yadi, you are a Star! P.s. The whole crew is very nice there.”
