“Horrible Customer Service, Young manager was always talking in the phone and talk and treat the hispanic clients like kinder garden child's with so much actitud including me, I asked for her manager an she said she is the manager, also I asked her name but she didn't want to answer, and invited to walk out to a different post office, what a shame of public server.”
“If there is any reputation left of the USPS, credit goes to the team at this location. Special recognition goes to Chriniesha T. who worked tirelessly and provided regular updates on a package containing passports for my family and to travel that had been looping for nearly two weeks.”
“Love this PO. Love the staff. I'm a small business who ships a lot and I ship only from this PO after I learned that the PO on HWY 100, Wauwatosa, seemed to drop kick my packages, breaking them on a regular basis. “This is definitely a classic post office. Does not have a drive-through but does have a walk up drop off box with earlier pick up. Going inside will lead you to a full service, classic old-fashioned type post office with post office boxes and passport services.
The postal workers are generally friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a problem. The lines are not usually incredibly long unless of course it’s Christmas. But you’re usually in and out quickly and can always beat the meters outside on street parking that is offered.”
“Yesterday a young man delivered a package from Temu to my neighbor that I thought belonged to me because he looked directly at my house before he walked across the street with the orange bag. To my surprise there where two young ladies passing by and they burst out laughing, they could see my silhouette in the front door. My package was already on my porch in the corner. He was pausing to see if they would try and take it. He is an amazing person. Thank you so much Sir.”

“Most of the employees are very helpful, and friendly. I've never regretted going to this location. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the one on Teutonia, and Center! That one needs either an entire new staff, or just shut down period!”
“I just want to say Mike at the Shorewood Annex was so helpful. He went above and beyond to help me find a package that I was supposed to sign for and got to the bottom of it before the end of the day. It’s so refreshing to encounter people that truly care about their job that we all rely on and is so critical. Thanks Mike for being amazing!!”
“I've utilized this location a few times. It is a smaller post office. Sometimes the workers are in the back. They do make their way up front. Everytime the clerks were very helpful.The location is easy to get to from the highway and typically not as busy. When ever I am in the area I plan on utilizing this location.Thank you to this location and workers for their prompt customer service it is very much appreciated.Please give this review a thumbs up.”

“I completely understand all the bad reviews for the last minute closings at random times during the day. That's happened to me, too. So they get a star knocked off for not being able to manage staffing levels. But the staff that work at the counter are really amazing. Be a regular customer there and they will know you. I have a PO Box there and they grab my packages for me to pick up when they see me come in the door so I don't have to wait if there's a line. I had a big mail shipment that didn't have quite the right postage on it and they noticed before it went out and called me so I could come in and fix it. They really are great to their customers.”

“I called and Steve was very helpful to help me find a package I was sending to a friend in a town close by. The package had been passed around to multiple offices because there was a glitch with the barcode and this delayed delivery by a week. He offered a solution that got my package to it's location the next day.”
“Everyone that works here that I've met had a absolutely GREAT PERSONALITY, and talk to me as if we've been friends for years. There's only 1 Lady who works Up Front at the Customer Service Counter, that is way too picky and serious. She will never laugh. Our Apartment Building gets Prestamped Envelopes from our Landlord to pay Rent, and if the Date on the Stamped Envelope isn't the same exact day. This Lady makes me Pay for a Stamp to put on this envelope, and I'm Permanently Disabled and it's not like I can afford to buy a Stamp for a PreStamped Envelope!!! This Lady, I think, has some kind of MENTAL PROBLEM WITH BEING FRIENDLY TO THE PUBLIC, because I will tell a Joke, and everyone in the Post Office will laugh except for this 1 Lady. I don't know what her Name is, but I'm thinking that it's ,"FLORENCE." Besides dealing with her, this Post Office is 5+ STARS , and I recommend it to anyone that asks me. There's 1 Man, who will go way out of his way to make sure that you're happy, or you have gotten exactly what you went there for. I'm 95% Positive that this A+ EMPLOYEE'S NAME IS ,"JAMES!!" It's Employees like JAMES that makes any Company GREAT, and this Post Office should be TOTALLY GRATEFUL THAT THEY HAVE ,"JAMES", WORKING FOR THEIR COMPANY!!! Employees like this make people like going into the Post Office, and it's AWESOME WHEN YOU WALK INTO THE POST OFFICE, and SOMEONE SAYS HI _ _ _ _ , because he will remember your Name. THANK YOU JAMES FOR ALL YOUR YEARS OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT SOMEONE COULD ASK FOR!!!! So people know. I never knew ,"JAMES", before I started going to this Post Office!!!”
“I always use the Oakcreek location for my packages. I had good experience all employees are good there specially the lady (manger) today I accidentally dropped of wrong package and I call usps for wrong package they help me right way. Even though it's my fault that I dropped of wrong package. That lady help us right away. Thank you USPS”
