“Wow. Where do I begin? I am in town and needed some last minute copies. I stumbled into Action DDS. The first thing I noticed was a giant bowl of chocolates on the counter (the good stuff too!). The two gentlemen who worked there were friendly and helpful. I simply had to email my copies to them and they did the rest, easy peasy. While I was waiting they handed me an envelope with their business info and a Powerball ticket. And did I mention there are a couple of arcade games you can play while you wait? I mean, they had me at chocolate but who doesn’t like Pac Man?! In short, if you are looking for exemplary service, with a personal touch this is the place. Look no further. 5 shiny stars.”

We are a local family owned business and it has been really nice working with another neighborhood company for the past few years. They recently revamped a Brochure for us and it came out beautiful! The colors pop and the whites are clean and they did a great scored fold on them. “AMAZING! I needed wedding invitations and bookmarks printed fast since a previous printer fell through and left me scrambling. I called, got a quote over the phone right away, was able to easily upload my files and they had printed proofs for me within an hour. Hooray! They had several options for me, my items looked great and they had the best prices around. Very affordable! Megan was awesome to work with, super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I just wish I would have went to them first! Updated 11/15/2012: I now use them for regular copies all the time and they are still so easy to work with. I email them what I need, they let me know that my items are ready! Always a fast turn-around and always competitive prices. The only downfall is trying to find parking downtown.”

“Been having packages and mail come here alot. Sometimes they mix my last name up with another person of the last name but soon as i ask about a package the correct it and since i havent had any problems. The crew here is great and now that they remodeled the building it looks much better. They always greet me when i come and one employee knows me by my Box # (which i like cuz knowing a familiar faces is a plus). But all in all i love UPS and the staff. Always a safe place to have mail delivered”

“Had quite a day chasing down a delivery and was pleasantly surprised when I got to this store at 5pm, was greeted immediately, and the girl at the desk knew exactly where my delivery was. She offered to load it on a cart for me (it was five heavy boxes) and helped me with the door as I took it out to my car. She saw me returning the cart and went out of her way to open the door so I could easily get back in the building. I needed a win today and she made that happen. Thank you!”
“Mia helped me out with a little bit of an emergency. I needed cards for my school duplicated (4.25”x11”) using the actual cards instead of digital files. She had to scan them, making them ready for cutting by eye. I also showed up 45 minutes before closing. She was delightful and ready to help. As I told her that they didn’t have to be perfect, she continued to try to make them perfect. I will definitely come back!”
