They are especially considerate, patient and helpful with every type of package and question. They are always willing to help me out when I need help with packaging and always willing do any complex task, even if there is a long line. They are efficient and welcoming!”

“Wow. Where do I begin? I am in town and needed some last minute copies. I stumbled into Action DDS. The first thing I noticed was a giant bowl of chocolates on the counter (the good stuff too!). The two gentlemen who worked there were friendly and helpful. I simply had to email my copies to them and they did the rest, easy peasy. While I was waiting they handed me an envelope with their business info and a Powerball ticket. And did I mention there are a couple of arcade games you can play while you wait? I mean, they had me at chocolate but who doesn’t like Pac Man?! In short, if you are looking for exemplary service, with a personal touch this is the place. Look no further. 5 shiny stars.”

Most recently I was in a crunch because of someone else, and everyone at this UPS Store got to work to help me get everything printed and the two huge display boards set up on a short timeline. Just from dealing with my own POS printer at home, I know this job isn’t easy. And have you seen the cost of ink lately? Brutal.
Then you’ve got people rolling in with last-minute deadlines needing stuff in a hurry… (all things I have absolutely done to Clark), and they still always find a way to help me out when I’m in a pinch. Fast, friendly, and never make you feel like a jerk for being late to the party.
Their prices are better than the other places I’ve checked, and even if they weren’t, they’re local. This is exactly where you should be spending your money.”

“AMAZING! I needed wedding invitations and bookmarks printed fast since a previous printer fell through and left me scrambling. I called, got a quote over the phone right away, was able to easily upload my files and they had printed proofs for me within an hour. Hooray! They had several options for me, my items looked great and they had the best prices around. Very affordable! Megan was awesome to work with, super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I just wish I would have went to them first! Updated 11/15/2012: I now use them for regular copies all the time and they are still so easy to work with. I email them what I need, they let me know that my items are ready! Always a fast turn-around and always competitive prices. The only downfall is trying to find parking downtown.”
