“I have worked with this shop for over four years. So I knew the quality of their work. So when I needed work done on my car and my insurance company gave me a list of approved shops, they were my first pick. They got me in quickly and got everything rolling. Told me what they needed to do and kept me well informed through the entire process, and got my car done ahead of schedule. A++ team. I got T Boned June 11th 26, again a wonderful job and added better door edge guards then what I had. Also got done a week early.”

“10/10 experience. I saw the customer reviews but I was nervous because you just never know. Ended up being super informative and respectful. I asked ChatGPT to estimate the cost of my services and he was way on the lower estimate so I’m grateful. He squeezed me in with a same day appointment and I was out the same day with both issues resolved. Fair price, excellent service, my car runs 1000x better.”

“My car decided to stop working completely on my way into work. I was DISTRAUGHT. I knew I was tight on money and I knew that it was gonna make a dent in my bank account. I wasnt happy, day off to a bad start. The guy who answered the phone (i dont remember his name unfortunately) was so nice. Calm with me. I was sitting there ready to cry and he was so nice. On top of that, the guy who came with the tow was so nice aswell. Turned my horrendous start to my day into a decent day. I hope I never have to get my car towed anywhere again, but if I do, I know who im calling.”

“My car wasn’t starting and I called this place and they were at my house in 10 minutes to tow it, replaced the spark plugs and my brakes in one day and had it ready by that next morning. The prices are incredibly fair and they don’t try and upcharge you. I just moved to the neighborhood so finding such a great auto shop has been on my list of things to do and I’ve done that here. The team kept me updated on everything to do with my car and were very transparent about prices and options.”

“Amazing service. My 3rd call (other ETAs were 1.5 hours). They picked up right away, gave me a short ETA, and Julio & his tow truck pulled up within SIX minutes!!!! Payment was easy, done via text link, and they provided a receipt. Julio let me ride with him, suggested a mechanic to me, and even gave me his thoughts on what the problem could be. I HIGHLY recommend these guys — it was a pleasure chatting with Julio after such a bad, unexpected breakdown on the expressway at 10pm.”

“I have had to use their services multiple times over the years with illegally parked vehicles on my property. Always prompt and easy to work with. Now that they are offering mechanic work, they will see more of me. Even before they offered mechanic services, the owner and the people that work there have helped me a bunch of times with issues with my daughters vehicle. Always a pleasure to work with no matter who is dispatched and they go above and beyond when they are able to. I recommend Budget towing and salvage to anyone looking to get a tow or junk their vehicle.”

“My vehicle stranded me yesterday in single digit temperatures. I called my insurance to find me a tow, and they found a company that strung me along for 7 hours continuing to say they were on their way. It was getting late in the evening and I didn't think my car was going to be towed. I called MT Towing & Recovery LLC and they answered promptly, responding to my vehicle within 30 minutes, and completing the tow in approximately 1 hour total, in the dark. I'm so thankful for the quick response and completing this task in a professional and swift manner. Definitely saving your number for future car troubles, the best tow service I've worked with in my life, and cheaper than previous tows. Shout out to Tim, you're awesome!”

“I don't want to hurt their ratings with a lower star rating, but it really sucks that there's no longer free air. I know a lot of people who only came here for that. This won't be my go to gas station anymore unfortunately.75 cents and I wasn't able to get all 4 tires filled in time.”
