I just recently moved to town and the people at this Kwiktrip are very friendly and nice”

“Right off the interstate, very convenient. 8 gas pumps, 2 diesel ⛽. All the snacks and drinks you want. Bathroom was clean, but it looked a little rough. Would have given 5 stars, but the gas was higher than others on othersideof bridge over interstate. Gas station attendant was friendly and professional. Has a car wash. An ATM ( with fee), coffee and sodas and adult beverages galore. Plenty of parking if you want to get out and stretch. Grassy area if you need to walk your dog. Windshield washer fluids were full. Thats always a pkus.”
“Stopped in for the first time after being operated by Kwik Trip. Sadly no Karuba Gold machine but top notch customer service (Alexander) that is how all KT service used to be. I definitely stop back in as he went out of his way to get items from back that I wanted and educate me on new items. He genuinely invited me back without just "squeezing" in the "see you next time" but rather telling me how they love their regulars. Tried the corn bread for the first time - delicious!!! Stop in and visit them!!”

“Are they busy? Yes! Do they randomly close due to not having a pharmacist on site? Yes! Do they sometimes not fill my RX due to being out of stock?!? Also YES! Sometimes I feel like the pharmacy staff get blamed for issues completely out of their control. I’ve seen the pick up line, they are always busy especially around dinner time. For the hundreds of satisfied customers who funnel through this Deforest Walgreens pharmacy, (yet don’t rate them on google reviews), the low score is disproportionately due to all the dissatisfied customers. So, I felt compelled to give them a 5 star rating because I have received many, many prescriptions for me and my family in a timely manner! Also, the staff sometimes may come across as grumpy, and rightly so, they deal with an array of issues on the daily that I could only imagine, but they truly work their butts off. I’ve seen them multi task, juggle phone calls and irate customers. Let’s put it this way, I would NOT want their job. No matter how busy they are, I’ve had help locating an OTC medication in the aisles and answer any and all of my questions. No, I don’t work at Walgreens and have nothing to gain with giving them a 5 star review… I just felt compelled to say something positive because their job is freaking hard man…”
