“I had never been to any sort of Pawn store due to me being from a small town in the middle of nowhere. I was anxious walking into Pawn America because I didn’t know what to expect when I was pawning my ring. Stephen noticed how anxious I was and walked me through the whole process! He even went into depth to explain how they determine if the diamonds/silver are real. It was a super neat experience to see how it’s done, but I also felt very comfortable after that. “Just want to let people know how awesome Tech Heroes in Madison are. I literally called an hour and 20 minutes before they closed to get a screened replaced because my phone was useless when I dropped it this afternoon. I did called around and was quoted twice the price and couldn't get it fixed til early next week. I rushed into Madison, 40 minutes later I have a new screen and my phone works perfect. David at the store was nice and explained everything to me. He quoted the price on phone and I wasn't charged a penny more. Thanks for fast and way cheaper repair. Definitely recommend.”

“A joy to shop! I chose Target every time for basics and more. It's clean and well lit. The aisles are reasonably wide. Products are consistently stocked with visible price markings. I love the regular price check machines for any products that I have questions on. It's easy to locate items in the appropriate department and if I need AAA batteries and am not sure where to find them, the price check machines have that info. Products check out at the posted price.”

“I stopped in with my family a few weeks ago to purchase a new phone for my Mom. Shakira was wonderful to work with! She answered all our questions, recommended phones and accessories, set up the new phone, transferred the contacts, and even downloaded the apps my Mom uses regularly so she didn't have to navigate that herself since she's not very tech savvy. Shakira was very patient throughout and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely go to this location again!”

“I went to this store on 1/27 with my mom to help her upgrade her phone because she is not the most technologically-literate person. She typically feels best when I can be there to make sure she understands everything and isn't taken advantage of. We had a wonderful experience with Deion, so I wanted to be sure to shout him out. He was extremely patient and kind, never condescending, and thorough without being pushy or overly upselling. He was very helpful and genuine, and didn't make us feel rushed. It was refreshing to have an experience like this.”
“We were referred to this location from the Monona store. Thank God! Monona store is terrible. We needed to replace a broken cell phone and talk about bill adjustments, trade in, service, etc. Our salesperson Taylor was over the top fantastic!She spent as much time as we needed. Figured out which scenario worked best for us! Explained how the new Verizon home Internet works and where it works. Not in Madison yet! She was great! Saved us money on future bills and got us some credits on services that we were still paying on that the Monona Location said they had taken care of! Awesome service!I cannot recommend this location any higher!”
