“My Honda Pilot suffered major hail damage in May. I took it to Caliber in Oconomowoc for the repairs. They reinspected the damage and identified over $6000 worth of work that Allstate had missed or overlooked. Julie at Caliber gets 5 stars for keeping me in the loop (2-3 times a week) on the progress of my repairs. They completed the repairs 6 days earlier than quoted. The Pilot looks brand new with zero signs of the hail damage. I’ll bring my vehicle back should I ever need bodywork again. I’ll be letting all of my friends and family know the outstanding job they did.”
“I went to Merton Auto Body in Sussex on August 25th to repair my rear bumper cover. I was greeted by Elena who took my information. She then explained the repair process very well. She then gave me the rental car information . When I returned the next day, the rental car was pomptly delivered.
My review reflects my admiration of the detailed estimate, the courtesies of the updates regarding the repair, the honesty and integrity of its employees including Brian the general manager.
Finally, the quality of the work done in replacing my bumper cover in restoring it to its original condition leads me to belief that Merton Auto Body’s employees have the ability to restore my entire SUV to its original condition.
