“I went to Merton Auto Body in Sussex on August 25th to repair my rear bumper cover. I was greeted by Elena who took my information. She then explained the repair process very well. She then gave me the rental car information . When I returned the next day, the rental car was pomptly delivered.
My review reflects my admiration of the detailed estimate, the courtesies of the updates regarding the repair, the honesty and integrity of its employees including Brian the general manager.
Finally, the quality of the work done in replacing my bumper cover in restoring it to its original condition leads me to belief that Merton Auto Body’s employees have the ability to restore my entire SUV to its original condition. I felt I was in a time warp going back to the1960s. Thank God there are still companies like this.”
“I had to get body work done after an accident, and I ended up going with Collision County Line based on a recommendation. Honestly relieved I did. The staff was upfront with me the whole way through — no pressure, no weird upselling, just clear answers about what needed fixing and why. They kept me posted while my car was in the shop, which I appreciated since that part of the process can be stressful. Pricing was also better than a couple other quotes I'd gotten. Car came back looking good as new. Not something I was excited to deal with, but they made a bad situation a lot more manageable. Would go back if I ever needed to (though hopefully I won't).”

“Bilco auto body was great! I had my wife's Toyota rav 4 in for a dent and scratch on the tailgate. Bill and his team repaired it and looks like new. Other body shops would have wanted to replace the tailgate. Bill saved me a fortune! He also repaired a rust hole on the bottom of my Toyota 4 runner and did a fantastic job! “I hit a very large raccoon that did a number to the bumper of my car. Calliber was great to work with. I was a little nervous as it was a claim through my insurance and I wasn't sure what to expect. They were extremely efficient, friendly and super easy to work with. The work they did was great and my car looks as good as new. I would definitely recommend!”

I wanted to wait (work done about a month and a half ago) to leave a review to see if there were any changes but it still looks great! “I am giving Scott 5 stars because for MONTHS I called MULTIPLE body shops and nobody would take on the job I needed to be done. My strut tower was rusting and nobody around the area would do it and it stressed me out i really thought I took a loss on the vehicle I had bought that way. When I contacted Scott he told me he would do it as long as I got the part that was needed! Scott did it for me and did an amazing job! He is very professional and also very knowledgeable. Sent pictures during the work and after the work. If it wasn’t for Scott I don’t know what I would’ve done.
