“I bought a new car two weeks ago and just recently noticed a few minor scratches on it. I stopped by to see if it’s something simple enough they can fix and to see what the cost was going to be. The receptionist that helped me got started was friendly and helpful. She walked around the vehicle with me and I pointed out where the scratches were. While I was waiting back in the waiting area a gentleman by the name of Jim came to update me that they can remove the scratches, just not at that moment but if I was to wait about an hr they can get to it. Less than 10mins go by and they were completed! I appreciate the great customer service and no cost fix. I will definitely go back for future repairs if ever needed and will recommend 1collision to friends and family.”

“Calliber Collision did an outstanding job on the repairs to my vehicle. They were courteous, professional, and thorough every step of the way. We scheduled the date of service and worked with the rental car company on that date, and when it changed they took care of all of the coordination. When the car was in service I had daily updates as current point in the process and accurate estimations of completion time. They even discovered that the tree sap coming from one of the trees over my driveway was leaving a residue on my car and gave me steps to help control that in the future. Overall, this was a pleasurable experience in what generally is not at the best time of people's lives.”

“I had the front passenger side of my bumper smashed in (teenage drivers are great ). It took a couple of weeks to get it repaired but from what I've heard, that was quick compared to others. When I picked up my car it looked beautiful. Inside & out. They took the time to vacuum & wipe down everything, it was so nice!! Of course my 13 yr old immediately dropped crumbs on the front seat . The cons were not knowing how long I'd be without it & coming in over the estimate without notification. We paid our deductible & they said they'd work it out with our insurance so that's not really an issue for me.”

“When I first called to discuss a problem I was having and its diagnosis I was referred to the parts department. I was left with a feeling that someone didn't have knowledge of the issue. As a service writer I thought they would have investigated having the part rather than have me do that and have to go back to service. It did not seem to be service minded or proactive. I was surprised a fairly simple part was not in stock. As result I ended up with two appointments. While it all worked out in the end I lost a little confidence in Boucher's ability to deliver the best in customer service.”
