“This store is very easy to get to, plenty of parking close to the store. I arrived around 12:30 p.m. and was immediately greeted the moment I walked in. The online order pickup area is right inside the front door to your left. I was in and out of the store in under 5 minutes. I noticed that at this time of day the store was almost completely empty of customers as I could see several staff members with nothing to do and noticed only a couple other customers in the store. I prefer this store over the one in Brookfield mainly because it is easier to get to and has more parking that is much closer to the store. As a reference I live about equal distance between both stores.”

“Picture this: last minute concert, nothing to wear. What to you do? Make a run to target. I went to target needing a new outfit for my upcoming Ethel Cain concert but had nothing to wear. That’s where Kayla in style came in. Kayla was one of the most charismatic and friendly people I’ve ever met and helped me pick out the cutest outfit for the night! Not only is she helpful but that girl is a hoot! I wish more people were like Kayla in style these days.”

“UPDATE: After posting a review of my unpleasant experience at the Delafield Verizon store last week, I received a call from the store’s senior manager, who was extremely pleasant and helpful. She was not in the store when it happened. She apologized for the treatment I had received and offered me a credit that more than reimbursed me for the costs I incurred. The follow up was a happy surprise and greatly appreciated!

The battery is failing in my $1,000 Galaxy S24+ phone that is only 39% paid off through Verizon. The phone is just over a year old. While concerning, I wasn’t worried because I pay for the INSURANCE! I visited the Delafield store expecting customer service to either fix the phone or replace it. That didn’t happen. First, I was told that I should use Facebook less. Snarky is the new customer service. I was told they couldn’t do anything for me until I took my phone to a third-party business to see if they could repair it. The first available appointment was MORE THAN TWO WEEKS OUT. If the repair place couldn’t fix the battery, THEN they would replace my phone. If I didn’t want to wait, I could pay $50 and they would ship a reconditioned, like-new phone to me the next day. I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for more than 25 years. The “customer service” was not helpful. The assistant manager was rude. I was told what they offered was better than having to pay for a new phone. When I suggested maybe I should take my business elsewhere, she said I’d still have to pay for the phone. I wonder if Verizon is aware of how their employees are treating their customers.”
