“We were in on 4/12 around 4 pm. Preston was very helpful in helping us with the best options for a phone that was not working. We left to go to Best Buy to weigh our options but returned to Verizon to get a new phone. Justin (I think that his name) was helpful in getting a new phone set up, and was able to get our plan price lowered. The manager was great too. I honestly felt like they were trying to get us the best deal and best option for our unfortunate situation with an iPhone with a screen that just stopped working out of the blue. I would definitely go back to this specific Verizon store. Thanks for a great experience!”

“There were 5 people waiting to be served when I signed in. I didn't have an appointment but wasn't skipped over because of people coming in after me. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes before I was called for service. The associate was very friendly and knew how to address my needs in a speedy, professional manner. He gave me some valuable info about activating my device when I got home. Everything considered, this was the best experience I've had at a Spectrum Store!”
