“Jack was extremely helpful and concise. He solved a problem that 2 other local stores could not with our son’s phone. Thank you Jack for making our Sunday!”

“Absolutely excellent customer service experience with Wyatt. I brought my mother in Saturday morning to transfer her information to a new phone. Wyatt was so patient, personable and knowledgeable, giving us plenty of tips as he worked through the updating and installation process. Thank you so much and that man deserves a raise!”

“The guys at this store jaylin and his coworker were absolutely the only good part of tmobile. They excelled when 3 other stores completely failed. I still switched back to my previous carrier but these 2 were instrumental in redeeming the remaining few hours of my miserable 10hr tmobile experience”
