“I've always come to O'Reillys, they've always been a good place with good service, and still are. I have seen some staff changes - as that happens in many businesses.
I wanna just say although I'm sure she's a very nice person in general, theres a Tess there that seems to be very tightly wound so to speak. She gets very short with customers and the tone she has in some instances can be aggressive for lack of a better word.
As I said, I don't know her, and I'm sure she's a good person, but as a customer I would say she needs to calm down and develop a better customer interaction tone and and process.
Customers don't like to feel like their interrupting staff time when that staff is working and on the clock.

“Great service & outstanding body shop repairs! I had my Toyota Tacoma in for bumper repair. I also had them install running boards. They repaired, painted & cleaned my car perfectly! A really great job! Thanks!”
“Smoked a deer and they were able to get me in right away to fix my truck. Had to take it back a few times due to a few minor things that were not fixed the first time but they took care of me with no fuss and made it right.”

“Ordered a used airbag module. It came in and we plugged it in. Had more codes than we had before. Called them up and let them know. Went over part numbers again. They told me to chuck it in the trash, another is on the way no charge. Amazing service.”

“We were on a 3 day side by side group ride. My machines battery failed out in the middle of nowhere. I called Auto Value, they had a bettery in stock. Being we were 26 miles away, and it was their closing time soon, I did the transaction by phone, and they left it out on a safe area for us to pick up. They are awesome to work with!”
“We were just passing through on our way back from our Canada fishing trip. Our rear brake pads worn out and started to grind. We called all over town to get it in that day and no one could help sept our last call to Barry’s!!! They got us in right away and we were back on the road! Would recommend them to anyone one.
