Hes fair and has a big heart to help you out if your in a bind being stranded up here with a problematic vehicle. I dont trust many in the automotive industry but Dallas is one I know I would trust every word. He wouldnt sell you somthing just to make a sale. “I was on the last day of my vacation in the Eagle River area, and my exhaust fell apart. I called every auto repair shop throughout the entire area. Only three of them actually answered the phone.
The polite woman that answered the phone agreed to have a mechanic look at my truck, so headed over to thier shop on hwy 17 in Eagle River Wisconsin.
I got there a bit early, but she had a mechanic put my truck on a lift and look it over. They were obviously very busy (probably because they are one of the few that answer the phone, knowledgeable, and are friendly).
The repair would have been easy and taken less than an hour. However, they couldn't just drop their existing customers to fix my truck, which is the correct way to run an honest business. While I wish they could fix my truck before my 6 hour drive home, they honered their existing customers and tried to schedule me for a later day.
I was leaving so I couldn't do that. She gave me a printout showing exactly what needed to be done and the part number needed. She understood my situation and handed me my key and wished me luck. She did not charge me for their time!
Honest and polite auto repair shops are very rare, so if you are in the Eagle River, St Germain area, and need a great auto repair business, I absolutely recommend the Eagle River Service Center!”
