“Good service, but Google Map is marking a wrong direction. I came from another city which took 1 hour drive, and I followed Google Maps to this address, but this led to an intersection in residential areas without any bank or commercial activities there. So pay attention if you are new to the area too.
The right address should be 4106 State Road, 93 WI-93, Eau Claire, WI 54701, United States. And in Google Map, they say it’s Bank of West.”

“As the treasurer for a student org, I constantly need to stop at U.S. Bank, and the staff are always so kind and helpful. Some things I've done here have included taking people off the account, adding people to the account, deposits/withdrawals, and requesting cards/cancelling cards. Every single time, no matter how complicated the request is, the staff does everything they can to address the issue. As of early 2026, the staff is incredible and deserves a shoutout. They're fun to talk to and work with.”
“I am sorry to read about all the negative reviews. I do not believe they accurately reflect the excellent customer service that I have experienced. When I travel abroad, all it takes is an email for CCF to make sure my card is not frozen. We have had complicated banking issues and CCF were nothing but helpful. Websites do go down, and CCF's definitely does need help, but as far as customer service and personableness, 10 star!!”

“Love RCU! Been with them for 30 years! BTW thanks for the reminder RCU! 😂 Every time I go in for myself or with my kids, we leave with answers or at least pointed in the right direction. I was wells Fargo for years. Had been asking for debt consolidation. Kept being told my debt ratio would be too much. It would be the same! Idiots! Well that day after my 6th times asking for help, I went to RCU. RCU HELPED ME! I moved all my accounts that day. Never looked back. When my kids were old enough I set them up there too! No one is better at helping the people in their community! Thank you Royal Credit Union!”
