“Yes, I came in with a check written to me by a member of your bank and it was quite small and I'd been in there before and the gentleman went over with me the account types because I expressed interest in your business, he waved the non-member fee because I don't know why but I'm assuming it might be because of what I told him I was going through, I would like to now change my account to BMO Harris. I cried when I got back to my car because it's rare these days that people are so kind, even professionals. I was so overcome with emotion.”

Well PaPa, I found a smidgeon of love to today by way of Ashley at the national help center for US Bank in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. I called snarling like an upset lion and left like a pussycat. “I am sorry to read about all the negative reviews. I do not believe they accurately reflect the excellent customer service that I have experienced. When I travel abroad, all it takes is an email for CCF to make sure my card is not frozen. We have had complicated banking issues and CCF were nothing but helpful. Websites do go down, and CCF's definitely does need help, but as far as customer service and personableness, 10 star!!”
