They have waived overdraft fees for me before, they are never judgmental, they are always looking out for your best interest. Today I called to start a personal consolidation loan and Robin helped me over the phone. She is relatable, helpful and super caring.”

“On Wednesday of this week, I visited the Altoona Branch of RCU because of a payment problem with another bank. I had tried to solve the problem with the other bank myself, to no avail. I met Julie who is a Member Acct. Rep. 1and she, along with Jen, who is a Member Acct. Rep 3 were able to fix the problem quickly. Their friendly service was very professional. They are just two examples of the type of service representatives at RCU that have encouraged me to remain with RCU for all our banking needs.”
“I do all my banking with them and they’re great at that part, however, whenever i have submitted applications for home loans (HELOC) I always have 50+ spam calls days following regarding refinancing, HELOCs, etc because RCU is not secure with your loan application data and/or sells your info. RCU needs to do better in that department because this is unacceptable.
EDIT: According to RCU reply, this is due to the data transmitted from the credit report being pulled of which is out of their control - No fault of their own, so they aight with me..”

“Love RCU! Been with them for 30 years! BTW thanks for the reminder RCU! 😂 Every time I go in for myself or with my kids, we leave with answers or at least pointed in the right direction. I was wells Fargo for years. Had been asking for debt consolidation. Kept being told my debt ratio would be too much. It would be the same! Idiots! Well that day after my 6th times asking for help, I went to RCU. RCU HELPED ME! I moved all my accounts that day. Never looked back. When my kids were old enough I set them up there too!
