My folks were told by the onalaska store whete they had initially purchased there wasn't any. So i looked up other HOM store and eau claire popped up mind you thats @3.5 hours ftom were we live but dhe made it all happen! Awesome job Michelle thanks!”

“Purchased a bracelet advertised as sterling silver at 91 grams. After getting the bracelet tested it was not sterling silver. Contacted the store and they fixed the issue immediately.”

“Update!! It took a year of fighting, contacting, and more but all my kids finally have a bed to sleep on again. We did not get a replacement bunk…..all we wanted was two twin mattresses and frames to make this right and after someone Finally! Contacted us we got a solution. So I am once again a mostly happy customer
Been a customer for 10 years and have had
three major purchases break shortly after payoff. However this time one broke before pay off. And caused my child to have to go to the ER for stitches.
They will not honor anything and don’t care that we have been faithful return customers for over ten years.
Well now they’ve lost big spenders as well as a report to BBB. And I’m not stopping there. I’m disgusted by the treatment we recieved when we have been more than patient. We waited months for a replacement item as well that they delivered broken. We had to pay on it until new one came even though we hadn’t yet had it replaced. I will go on and on but you can get the hint.
Avoid Eau Claire, go elsewhere and get treated like a customer should. They also reported negative marks to credit bureau when we refused to pay for the broken items. So now that it’s paid off consumer affairs and more are going to be contacted. As well as my sons medical bills
A simple replacement could have avoided this all
