“Best experience ever!!! Tuesday morning I stopped into Scheels in Eau Claire to look at e-bikes. I had been thinking of getting one for awhile but the entire process was feeling a bit overwhelming. I was looking at the different bikes and Sebastian came up and asked if I had questions and needed help. He was so patient, took everything slowly, and answered all my questions. His kindness and excitement while helping me test the e-bike in the parking lot sold me on purchasing it!! Thank you so much for giving me the confidence to take it for a spin, being so helpful and just being awesome at what you do!! After loading it, he even gave this lady a huge hug before I drove off!! Keep being incredible and awesome Sebastian!! Tanya Fredrickson Rice Lake, Wi”

“I just recently found General Coin & Gun, and made my first purchases after a couple of visits. They have an incredible selection of used and new guns all visibly marked and you can fiddle with them all. Prices are reasonable, they also have a good selection of accessories. But their knowledge and service is what is really outstanding. They took very good care of me at the time of the sale, but a couple weeks after when I did experience a problem, I went in hoping for advice, fix, exchange... whatever. They listened, took the used gun right in back and just fixed it. No charge, no fuss, I was out in 15 minutes like nothing happened. I just can't say enough about a business like this that has ALL THAT going for it and they're friendly too. Don't go in expecting they're doormats, I'm not saying that at all. Rather, they in my experience seem to be a very fair, ethical shop you'll enjoy buying from/selling to, and that's getting harder to find lately (seems to me). Thank you guys, I'll be back :)”
