“I was extremely satisfied with Jakob at the Hastings store! Earlier in the day I went to the Gateway store and the manager there was rude, unhelpful. My phone had died and from his office he shouted out that they had no IPhones, I asked if they could call the Hastings way store, and he yelled NO! I told him I had no way of calling them, he didn't care. I was ready to go to another carrier after that experience, but my husband said let's go to the Hastings way store. Boy was I glad! Jakob was working with another customer, but he acknowledged us right away! After he finished with the customer, he was friendly and helpful! The phone he recommended was out of stock at his store, but he called the Hallie store to check with them about their inventory. He worked with us with kindness and patience. We ended up purchasing a different model, his help was so greatly appreciated after my earlier experience. I would recommend the Hastings way store, and Jakob.”

“This is a busy store, and the wait is always an issue. I tried to do an online appointment for my glitched RCS messages on my phone. It was going to be a week out, and that was unacceptable. I had already been on the phone with Spectrum agents 2 times before this for a lot of unsuccessful problem solving that didn't work. I did wait 30 min for a walk-in which was super fast for them. Christian helped us and kudos to him! After a lot of problem solving and 2 other people looking at it, Christian didn't give up! He kept searching the web, until he stumbled on the fix that worked. He was super polite, easy to understand, and kept working for a solution! Kudos!! Give that young man a raise!”

Colin helped me pick the cheapest replacement options and made the information recovery process stress free. This was the least hassle I've ever had in setting up my phone, I usually put it way off since I can never remember passwords. Couldn't recommend the person at this store more!”

“Not their fault at all, but couldn't help us with our problem. Neither could the customer service number. Basically, sold us the wrong phone, a 4 gb, instead of the 8gb that we requested. The fellow who sold us the item, did well on all aspects of the sale other than he never checked the specs for us to confirm it was 8gb. Just told us it was, even when we asked for clarification. When we sent it back, it was scratched and I am pretty sure it wasn't us who did it. So we paid full price for two phones, one of which we can't have back and gift to someone else.”
