“This is my favorite store to go to! The workers are very nice, speedy, and efficient! When I got my first phone, it was not in stock but they were able to order it for me. Because I did it in store, they were able to help set it up for me when I got it! They informed me about internet so I came back yesterday and decided to try it. Left the place about 5 minutes after asking about it! Will definitely come back when I upgrade!”
“Not their fault at all, but couldn't help us with our problem. Neither could the customer service number. Basically, sold us the wrong phone, a 4 gb, instead of the 8gb that we requested. The fellow who sold us the item, did well on all aspects of the sale other than he never checked the specs for us to confirm it was 8gb. Just told us it was, even when we asked for clarification. When we sent it back, it was scratched and I am pretty sure it wasn't us who did it. So we paid full price for two phones, one of which we can't have back and gift to someone else.”

“Amazing experience. Robert not only was beyond happy to help, he was a real person, treated me with respect (after an awful experience at another TMobile store), he got me all set up, even found an error and fixed it proactively. I would HIGHLY recommend this store if you need T mobile help.”
