I love the jewelry here and have several pieces, but I find it very irritating that when returning jewelry you don’t get your reward points back. I had to return earrings due to them bothering my ears and they informed me I wouldn’t be able to use the reward on a different item so I essentially lost my $30 off that I had earned. Just know that if you do return something, they will not honor it and you will lose your reward.”

The whole staff is great. I had an issue with a ring I purchased for my daughter. After we sent it in for repair 3 times, the bought it back and I was able to replace it with the same ring. Jen worked to ensure I had the ring (resized) before I left the area!

“Mark created a custom pendant for me that is absolutely gorgeous! His work is impeccable! Recently, I made a big mistake. When I was on vacation, I lost a stone in a ring (not one of Mark's) and I went to a jewelry store in a high end district in the Caribbean. I purchased a ring that needed to be sized and I entrusted them to replace the small diamond I had lost in my other ring BIG MISTAKE! They did absolutely horrible work. I took my rings to Mark and he resized my rings and removed the WHITE gold the awful jeweler put in my 18kt YELLOW gold ring and fixed their crude work. My rings are now pristine due to Mark's skills. Lesson learned! Always trust Marlor with your jewelry and no-one else!!”

“I was but a wee child when I first came in here with my father a decade ago. I saw a physical copy of ‘The Sims 4’ at the time it was $40 and to a young child thats like 2 birthdays worth of money. I had been watching YouTube videos of that game for at least 3 years, always wishing to play it. They sold it to my dad for relatively cheap. It’s still the same disk I play on today. I will never forget this store for supplying me with years and years of memory’s with my favorite video game. That game has shaped me into the person I am today. 5 stars.”
