“Upgraded my diamond for my 20 year anniversary. Natachaa was super helpful and patient as I weighed my choices. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. The jeweler was very fast and my piece was ready in a few days.”

“Update: they reached out and have fixed their reward system! So nice when small businesses are so helpful towards customers. Will continue buying jewelry here as it is such good quality! Thanks again I love the jewelry here and have several pieces, but I find it very irritating that when returning jewelry you don’t get your reward points back. I had to return earrings due to them bothering my ears and they informed me I wouldn’t be able to use the reward on a different item so I essentially lost my $30 off that I had earned. Just know that if you do return something, they will not honor it and you will lose your reward.”

“I was looking for a place to change my watches batteries. I was so happy when they said that they could do it for me. Max Elbel was very nice and did it for me. Thanks for the great service!”

“I dropped my ring off and in less than a week it was resized. The cost to resize was also very reasonable, especially with the turnaround time. And they shined up my ring while it was in the store! Thank you so much!”
