She was very shook up and dependent on others for help. When the driver from Big Rig Towing showed up, he not only squared the vehicle away, he spoke to her in a way that helped calm her down. I was on FaceTime the entire time and can assure the professionalism and care the driver showed was exactly what every parent would hope for in a moment like that. I had a follow up call a couple days later to get the car to the body shop for an estimate on repairs. The gentlemen I spoke with then was also helpful and professional.”
